Basecraft, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Sonoran application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service. The Service is intended for users located in the United States, and this Privacy Policy is written to comply with applicable U.S. law.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to:

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through their settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or the data inside your Spaces to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services necessary to run the application, including cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers, payment processing gateways, transactional email delivery services, and analytics providers, each of which is permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

Visibility Within Shared Spaces: Sonoran allows users to collaborate by sharing Spaces. If you accept an invitation to join a Space, or if you invite another user to join yours, your account information (such as name and email address) and any data or financial tracking you input will be visible to the other members of that Space. Basecraft, Inc. is not responsible for any exposure, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of personal or sensitive data that occurs because you chose to participate in or invite others into a shared Space.

Your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@sonoran.app.
